They serve clients in a variety of industries including law firms, government agencies, corporations, non-profits, foundations, and educational institutions.
Advisory team member Dr. Poppy Fitch is available for consulting on a wide range of educational and social justice, including higher education, strengths-based leadership, foster youth, disability, access, & inclusion, and student equity.
Precipice Solutions develops training solutions using a learner-centered approach to improve engagement, retention, and transfer. Through engaging and interactive training, learners are given a platform to share their experience and ideas, discuss what did and didn’t work, and listen to others who have had similar struggles. Owned by advisory team member Kristy Clements, Precipice provides both face-to-face and online workshops that provide flexibility for all participants.
CG Communication & Design is owned by advisory team member Cynthia Gomez and provides well-rounded, first-class, and affordable editorial and graphic services to businesses, nonprofits, and individuals, so they can focus on doing what they do best. CG Communication also includes Light Rising Publishing, a full-services self-publishing imprint, and StoryTime Me, which helps individuals turn their life stories into professionally written and illustrated children's books.
Advisory team member David Denino is available for consulting work, presentations, and campus trainings in the areas of campus health and safety, including mental health, residence life, and student services. He is also a master trainer of QPR , an expert in mental health first response, suicide prevention, and mental health interventions.

Our experience in student services, academic affairs, and online learning gives us first-hand knowledge of helping students succeed, while supporting the goals & mission of your institution. Clearly Clinical offers online continuing education options for therapists, social workers, psychologists, counselors, and addiction professionals that was affordable, meaningful, diverse, and accessible.
ICS provides legal and consulting services for school districts and institutions, with a focus on compliance with Title IX and other related laws and regulations. ICS provides Title IX training, policy review and audits, external investigations and day-to-day advising to schools in responding to and addressing sexual misconduct and protected class discrimination.
D-Prep provides training and consulting services for disaster preparation and emergency response. Owned by advisory team member Elmo Banning, D-Prep also holds individual classes and conduct drills for law enforcement agencies, school districts and individual schools, local governments, property management companies and building managers.
Founded after the school tragedy of Virginia Tech on April 16, 2007, the Koshka Foundation was started to ensure the memory of April 16th is continued in meaningful ways. Dedicated towards impacting school safety and student education initiatives, our vision is a world that strongly believes in the power of youth and awareness as the greatest assets to a safer future.
The “I Love U Guys” Foundation was started in 2006 by Ellen and John-Michael Keyes following a school shooting that took the life of their daughter, Emily. The Foundation is committed to school and community safety, and family reunification following a crisis.
